I cannot be held responsible or liable for any actions or damages performed by third party plugin creators, services, or vendors. The same goes for hacking attempts that may happen to my site. If you do not agree with any of the policies and the terms of sales, please do yourself a favor and refrain from using my website. I respect your privacy and your choice.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in both the USA and Foreign Countries.

Book Disclaimer:

Results referenced in this book are based on Diana's personal experiences and practices. Your results may vary significantly if you do not carefully follow the instructions provided. Diana has shared numerous tips throughout the book because it is imperative to adhere to the exact steps outlined.

It is essential to follow the Earth-Friendly Trade Secret Formula System Blueprint precisely. Please note that your results will depend on various factors mentioned in the Book.

Please Note: If you are UNWILLING to follow the easy step-by-step guided Blueprint in the book, we advise against attempting to preserve your fresh cut flowers and foliage. There are NO SHORTCUTS in this preservation process.

Sales Policy:

All sales are considered FINAL. Items purchased through this website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Your purchase of the Hardcover Book, E-Book, and/or PDF grants you INSTANT ACCESS to the Earth Friendly TRADE SECRETS, and as such, it is deemed FINAL and non-refundable.

If you accidentally place multiple orders for the same item, please notify us promptly by e-mailing diana@dianawestmark.com. Orders must be canceled via email immediately after placement to avoid being considered duplicate purchases. 

Please note that if you order more than one Book, they may arrive in separate packages. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders at this time.

International Sales:

International Shipping: Priority Mail International ~ Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. Priority Mail International is insured. Shipping and handling charges will apply, we don’t offer free shipping for international orders at this time. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be returned to sender to our warehouse. We will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to reship the package only if the customer wishes for us to reship and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and or taxes for International shipments.

How Long Is Shipping? 

Most orders leave our fulfillment center here in NJ within 7-10 business days. Look for it within 13-15 business days or a bit longer due to COVID-19 business transactions and depending on your location. We are shipping with  anticipated delays in November...due to recent world events, this may take up to 3 weeks. 

Please Note: Due to high demand, Hardcover Book orders may be delayed 10 - 15 days. If you do not hear anything after 30 days from now, contact our Concierge Blooming Support Team at diana@dianawestmark.com

(NOTE: If you're outside the U.S., expect your package in 14-21 business days.)

Can I Track My Order?

Yes! Once your order has been processed (normally 1-2 business days) you will receive an e-mail (or SMS text if you opted-in) with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping status to update once you receive your tracking number.
