REFUNDS | NO SHOWS | CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation: Notify us to cancel your class and receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $275.97 is retained from full payments to cover the book cost.
- Book: After receiving your book by mail, you’re ready to start. Contact us to secure your next available class slot.
- Full Payment: If you’ve paid in full and cancel, we’ll refund the balance minus the book cost ($275.97).
- Payment Methods: Pay deposits via PayPal or checks made out to “Diana Westmark.” Full payment option is available.
- No Expiry: Your registration remains valid if you miss your enrollment date and can be used for future classes.
- No Refunds: After the second day of class, no refunds are provided.
- No Show: A $25 fee applies for no-shows. Contact us to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee in advance.
- Class Commitment: Once classes begin, no cancellations or refunds are possible. Please commit to your coaching schedule.
- Rescheduling: Call 7 days before your class to reschedule. A $25 fee will be deducted from your tuition balance.
Attending Live Classes:
- Platform: We use Zoom for our Coaching Masterclass. You’ll receive login details via email after registration.
- Timing: Classes are scheduled according to Eastern Time.
- Fees: Vary based on the type of enrollment—Personal Private, Online Private, or Group Coaching.
- Experience: Enjoy live audio and visual presentations, with Q&A sessions led by Diana Westmark.

Coaching Class Duration:
Our comprehensive coaching classes span three days. Dedicate up to two hours each for the first two days and a half-hour for the final session. Your journey to mastery could even be swifter than anticipated!
